THE HANDMADE HOLIDAY PREP CHALLENGE
Get your entire Q4 mapped before October 1.
Maximize sales while minimizing insanity.
Spend 30 minutes a day for 15 days making the holiday decisions you do NOT want to be making while you’re packing orders in November.
By September 30, you’ll know what you’re selling, what you need to make, when you’re launching, what your Black Friday offer is, what you’re posting, what you need to order, what your customers need to know, and how much you can realistically take on.
So when Q4 starts... You can sell.

GET MY HOLIDAY PLANQ4 gets expensive when you’re making September decisions in November.
Not just expensive in money.
Expensive in expedited shipping because you ran out of boxes.
Expensive in materials you ordered too late.
Expensive in products you made because you thought they’d sell.
Expensive in hours spent making Black Friday graphics when you should be filling orders.
Expensive in the Saturday you said you’d take off, until you realized you never decided your custom-order cutoff.
And suddenly you’re standing in your kitchen changing your Black Friday offer because you saw what another business was doing on Instagram.
That’s the part I want to fix before Q4 even starts.
You don’t need another list of “holiday marketing ideas.”
You need to make the decisions.
Before the season gets loud.
I'M READY TO PREP!
JOIN THE HOLIDAY PREP CHALLENGEThis is the Holiday Prep Challenge.
For 15 days, September 16–30, I’m giving you one focused assignment a day to get your handmade business ready for Q4.
Not 15 giant projects.
Not hours of videos.
Not a course you buy in September and tell yourself you’ll binge sometime before Black Friday.
One lesson.
One assignment.
30 minutes.
Then you’re done for the day.
Watch the lesson on your drive to school pickup. Do the assignment during swim practice. Knock it out sitting in the car line.
Because the goal here isn’t to spend September learning how to prepare for Q4.
The goal is to have Q4 prepared by September 30.
Here’s what will already be decided by October 1:
✓ Your holiday revenue goal
✓ Your complete October–December calendar
✓ What you’re selling and what you’re NOT making this year
✓ Your hero products, bundles, gift sets, launches and restocks
✓ How many orders you actually need to hit your goal
✓ Whether your production capacity matches that goal
✓ Your production timeline and start dates
✓ What supplies you need and when they need to be ordered
✓ Your Black Friday/Cyber Monday offer
✓ Your VIP early-access plan
✓ Your holiday event and pop-up prep
✓ Your holiday photo and video shot list
✓ Your October–December social-selling plan
✓ Your complete Black Friday content sequence
✓ Your shipping cutoffs and customer communication
✓ The audience-growth channel you’re focusing on before November
✓ Your customer experience and biggest operational bottleneck
✓ Your actual order capacity and working-hour limits
✓ Your backup plan if you sell out, a supplier is late, shipping gets delayed, you get sick, sales are slower than planned, or orders come in faster than expected
That’s what you’re buying.
Not 15 videos.
A Q4 you’ve already made the big decisions for.
YES. I WANT THIS DONE BEFORE OCTOBER.A successful holiday season does not have to require every available hour of your life.
Yes, you can sleep AND make bank.
15 days.
Here’s what we’re getting done.
DAYS 1–4: DECIDE WHAT YOU’RE ACTUALLY TRYING TO DO
Set your holiday goal, build the master Q4 calendar, decide exactly what you’re selling, and do the sales math to make sure your revenue goal and production capacity can exist in the same universe.
You leave this part with:
Your goals, calendar, product lineup and holiday sales math decided.
DAYS 5–9: GET THE PHYSICAL BUSINESS READY
Work backward from launch dates to build your production schedule. Inventory and order supplies. Lock your Black Friday offer. Prep in-person events. Plan the holiday photos and videos you’ll need before you’re trying to shoot them between orders.
You leave this part with:
Production dates, supply needs, BFCM offer, event prep and holiday shoot scheduled.
DAYS 10–13: BUILD THE PLAN THAT SELLS IT
Map your October–December social strategy. Fully plan your Black Friday content and customer communication. Choose the audience-growth channel you’ll focus on before November. Walk through your buying experience and fix the biggest operational snag.
You leave this part with:
Your holiday content plan, BFCM sequence, customer communication, audience-growth focus and cleaner buying experience.
DAYS 14–15: DECIDE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN Q4 DOES WHAT Q4 DOES
Set your order limits, custom-order caps, working hours and rush-order policy. Decide what gets delegated or cut. Build backup plans for sellouts, supplier delays, shipping problems, sickness, slow launches and unexpectedly high demand.
Then complete your personalized Holiday Ready Checklist.
You leave this part with:
Your capacity decided, backup plans written and Q4 ready to execute.
“I do not have time to add a challenge to September.”
Good. I don’t want this eating your September either.
Plan on about 30 minutes a day.
Some days will be even shorter.
Watch a five-minute lesson in the school pickup line.
Write down the decision while your kid’s at swim.
Complete the checklist over coffee.
Then go run your business.
And if you miss a day, catch up when you can. It’s not an emergency.
Each lesson builds on the one before it, so I don’t want you skipping ahead. Catch up, then keep moving.
You’ll also have indefinite access to the entire curriculum, so the materials aren’t disappearing on September 30.
The private Slack community stays open through October 5.
I’m giving you the tools to DO the work, not another pile of videos.
When you join Holiday Prep, you get:
15 short daily video lessons
Real-life handmade-business examples throughout so you can see what these decisions actually look like.
15 daily assignments
Every day ends with one specific job. Not “think about your holiday strategy.” Do the thing.
Daily worksheets + checklists
So the decisions get written down somewhere useful instead of ending up in six Notes app entries.
AI planning prompts
Including prompts that help turn your production steps and launch information into usable plans.
Done-for-you BFCM weekend content calendar
So you’re not starting with a blank screen when the biggest promotional weekend of the season arrives.
Holiday Ready Checklist
Your final check on what’s decided, ordered, scheduled, communicated and ready before Q4.
Private peer-led Slack community through October 5
Share completed assignments, compare notes with other handmade sellers and keep yourself moving. I’ll check in once a day for support and answer what I can.
Indefinite curriculum access
The live challenge ends. Your materials don’t.

I WANT IN!
Your first holiday season or your tenth.
Both work.
This is for you if:
You sell handmade products and this is your first Q4, so you want someone to walk you through what needs to be decided before it gets busy.
OR...
You’ve done plenty of holiday seasons and you already know exactly what happens when you don’t make these decisions early.
You’ve ordered supplies too late.
Changed a promotion at the last minute.
Taken product photos when you should’ve been selling.
Realized your shipping cutoff needed to be announced approximately yesterday.
Said yes to more orders than you actually had hours to make.
Spent November thinking, “Next year I am NOT doing it like this.”
Cool.
It’s next year.
This is not for you if:
You don’t sell handmade products.
You’re a coach, consultant, freelancer, influencer, service provider, MLM or direct-sales seller.
You aren’t planning to sell during Q4.
You want private coaching or unlimited access to me.
You want someone else to make every business decision for you.
Or you have zero intention of doing the daily assignments.
This is a working challenge.
Small assignments. Real decisions.
I built this because I know exactly how fast Q4 can eat your business alive.
I spent years running a handmade product business.
I know the adrenaline of making, posting, packing, shipping, answering customer messages and realizing there are somehow still twelve other things that need to happen before tomorrow.
And I don’t think handmade sellers should have to choose between making good money during their biggest sales season and actually getting to enjoy that season.
Preparation changes what Q4 asks from you.
When the major decisions are made before October, you get to spend the season executing the plan instead of constantly rebuilding it.
You know what you’re selling.
You know what needs to be made.
You know what the promotion is.
You know what gets posted.
You know what you can realistically take on.
And you know what happens if something goes sideways.
That’s the Q4 I want you walking into.
You have 15 days to plan the season you’re about to spend three months running.

A few things before you join.
How much time will this take?
Plan on about 30 minutes a day. Some days will be considerably shorter. The point is to make one focused set of decisions each day, not turn this into another giant project.
What if I fall behind?
Catch up when you can, then keep going. Each assignment builds on the previous ones, so don't skip ahead. You’ll have indefinite access to the curriculum.
Is this only for experienced handmade sellers?
No. Your first holiday season works. So does your tenth.
Everything you need to work through the planning process is built into the challenge. You do not need to show up on Day 1 with your holiday sales plan, inventory numbers or marketing already figured out.
Is Slack coaching?
No. The Slack community is peer-led and designed for accountability, sharing and discussion. I’ll check in every day for support and to answer questions.
How long is Slack open?
Through October 5.
How long do I have the lessons?
Indefinitely.
When does the challenge happen?
September 16–30. New lessons are released daily at 12 PM CT.
Who is this specifically for?
Handmade product sellers preparing to sell during Q4. It is not designed for coaches, consultants, freelancers, influencers, MLM/direct-sales sellers or service businesses.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final.
November-you does not need another idea.
She needs September-you to make some decisions.
By September 30, you can have the products decided.
The production mapped.
The supplies accounted for.
The Black Friday offer locked.
The photos scheduled.
The content planned.
The customer communication written down.
The capacity limits set.
The backup plans made.
And on October 1, you can start running the season you planned instead of figuring it out while it’s happening.
15 days.
About 30 minutes a day.
One Q4 plan you can actually run.
